Role & responsibilities

Position: Executive HR Talent Acquisition

Location : Chennai, Guindy

• Handling end to end recruitment from Sourcing to Offer Generation & Onboarding
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Utilize various recruitment methods, including job Portals, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Coordinate interviews and assessments between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience

Preferred candidate profile

Graduation Must

Candidate from NBFC, Banking, Insurance, Financial Services Background will be added Advantage

Age limit upto 32
