About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team in Mumbai. The

ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process,

identifying quality talent and ensuring timely closure of open positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from understanding manpower

requirements to candidate onboarding.

• Source and attract candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, recruitment

databases, references, and other sourcing channels.

• Identify and proactively **hunt for relevant talent, particularly for positions within the

Travel & Tourism industry.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews to assess candidates

against job requirements.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring

Requirements & Skills

• 23 years of relevant experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
• Mandatory: Prior hiring/recruitment experience in the Travel & Tourism industry.
• Strong experience in candidate sourcing and headhunting using Naukri, LinkedIn, job

portals, databases, and other channels.

• Good understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong ability to assess candidates and understand role requirements.
