Walk-in || Talent Acquisition Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions (BPO, Sales, Operations, Collections, Customer Support etc.)
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
• Manage candidate follow-ups and interview feedback
• Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
