Job Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
• Ensure timely closures and meet recruitment targets.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
• For Team Leads: Lead and mentor recruiters, monitor team performance, manage client requirements, and ensure timely fulfilment of hiring targets.
