Role & responsibilities

1 -Recruitment for (Indian IT market) for both permanent and contract to hire.
2 -Source and validate the candidate as per JD received from multiple sources like Job Portals / references / social media .
3-Client SPOC handling , requirement management .
4-Ability to understanding the JD and skills mentioned in JD is must have.
5- Need to submit only quality CVs to all our premium clients that we work for.
6-Headhunting and searching the CVs from alternate sourcing medium like LinkedIn and X-ray search.
must be a team player and in a competitive environment where monthly and quarterly targets on recruitment will be there.
7 - Go-getter attitude

Preferred candidate profile

Must be minimum a Graduate ( BE & B.tech/ BCA / MCA / MBA will be preferred but not mandatory )
Excellent communicator in English
Should be comfortable and willing to work from office
