Walk-in || System Executive- ERP

Job Summary

Nashik Metaldust Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a System Executive ERP to manage, support, and monitor the company’s ERP system and ensure smooth and accurate flow of information across various departments.

The position will be responsible for ERP data management, transaction processing, user support, system coordination, MIS reporting, master data management, and process monitoring. The candidate will work closely with Purchase, Sales, Production, Stores, Inventory, Quality, Accounts, and Dispatch teams to ensure proper utilization of the ERP system and accuracy of business data.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Operations & Data Management

• Manage daily ERP transactions and ensure accurate and timely data entry. Maintain ERP master data, including items, customers, vendors, BOMs, and other records.
• Monitor ERP transactions across Purchase, Sales, Production, Stores, Inventory, Quality, Accounts, and Dispatch. Identify and resolve data discrepancies, errors, and process gaps.

ERP User Support & Coordination

• Provide first-level ERP support and resolve routine user and transaction-related issues.
• Coordinate with ERP vendors/consultants for technical issues and system enhancements. Guide users on ERP processes and conduct basic user training.
• Ensure proper ERP process compliance across departments.

Manufacturing & Process Coordination

• Support ERP transactions related to Production, BOM, Material Consumption, Job Work, Rejection, Rework, and Finished Goods.
• Monitor inventory and material movement between Stores and Production.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, Stores, Dispatch, and Accounts for accurate and timely transactions. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

MIS & Reporting

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management. Generate reports on Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Production, Orders, Receivables, and Payables.
• Analyze ERP data, identify discrepancies, and highlight key issues to concerned departments. Maintain Excel-based reports and dashboards as required.

System Control & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with ERP processes, approval workflows, and access controls.
• Maintain data accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity. Support system backup, security, audits, and ERP documentation.
• Maintain records of system issues, changes, and user requirements.

ERP Improvement & Implementation

• Support ERP upgrades, module implementation, testing, and UAT.
• Coordinate with ERP consultants for system enhancements and business requirements. Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement in ERP operations.
