- Assist customers with orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, payments, and account-related concerns.

- Provide accurate and timely resolutions.

- Maintain customer experience and meet quality, productivity, and CSAT targets.

- Follow process guidelines and maintain proper customer interaction records.

Eligibility Criteria

- 12th Pass / Graduate

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Good written English communication skills.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Good typing speed and accuracy.

- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
