We are hiring enthusiastic candidates for an International Voice Process. If you are fluent in Punjabi and have good English communication skills, this opportunity is for you!

Job Role

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions.
• Assist customers with queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain professional communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions and follow process guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Fluent Punjabi communication skills (B2 Level or above) mandatory.
• English communication skills (B1 High or above).
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Comfortable working in night shifts.

Salary & Benefits

• Freshers: 18,000 In-Hand
• Experienced Candidates: Up to 23,000 In-Hand
• Travel Allowance: 3,500/month
• Performance-Based Incentives (PBI): Up to 2,750/month
• Cab Facility Provided

Shift Details

• Timing: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM
• Any 9-hour shift within the given time window

Working Days

• 5 Days Working
• Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off
