Job Summary

Sutherland is hiring Customer Support Executives for its International Voice Process. We are looking for enthusiastic candidates with excellent English communication skills and a passion for customer service. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls from international clients
• Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
• Provide accurate information and support
• Maintain customer interaction records
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
• Ensure high customer satisfaction standards

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers can apply
• Experience in Voice or Non-Voice Support is an added advantage
• Graduates, Undergraduates, and Postgraduates can apply
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
• Willingness to work from office
• Comfortable with rotational shifts during training
• Immediate joiners preferred

Shift Details

• 5 Days Working
• 2 Rotational Week Offs
• 9-Hour Shift
• Operating Window: 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM

Important: Training will be conducted in a 24x7 environment. Candidates must be comfortable with night shifts during training. Post-training, the process operates in the day shift.
