Role & responsibilities

• Deliver excellent and personalized customer service to sellers through phone, email and/or messaging channels.
• Assist sellers with account, dispute, and service-related inquiries within the scope of the role.
• Identify and verify account-holder information in accordance with established procedures.
• Verify account information accurately while maintaining confidentiality and following required guidelines.
• Follow all applicable regulatory requirements, client policies, procedures and quality standards.
• Listen carefully to customers, understand their concerns and gather relevant information efficiently.
• Investigate customer issues and provide appropriate resolutions or escalate cases when required.
• Maintain a professional, helpful, friendly and empathetic approach during every customer interaction.
• Manage multiple customer interactions and tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Work effectively across different shifts based on business requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any Stream
• Freshers or upto 3 years of any experience.
• Strong proficiency in English both verbal and written.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Excellent email, phone, writing and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work in US shifts.
