Walk-in || Supplier Relationship Manager

Role & responsibilities :

• Manage and follow up with existing suppliers.
• Onboard new suppliers and verify their KYC and documents.
• Finalise payment and commercial terms with suppliers.
• Manage inventory and keep stock records accurate.
• Ensure inventory is updated correctly on the website (details, pricing, availability).
• Coordinate with the internal teams.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2 to 5 years of experience in vendor management or inventory, preferably in gems and jewellery.
• Basic knowledge of GST and diamond terminology.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Languages: Gujarati (preferred), Hindi and English.
