About this role
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Supervisor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising daily work at our properties and ensuring that all maintenance and operational tasks are completed properly and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise daily maintenance and operational work at the properties.
* Monitor and manage the daily work of technicians and other staff.
* Attend to tenant complaints and ensure their proper and timely resolution.
* Supervise electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance work.
* Conduct regular property inspections and identify any issues or maintenance requirements.
* Ensure that all maintenance and repair work is completed on time.
* Coordinate with vendors and external technicians whenever required.
* Maintain proper records of daily work and maintenance activities.
* Handle urgent and emergency maintenance issues and take timely action.
* Ensure that all work at the property is completed properly and safely.
* Assign daily tasks to the team and follow up on their work.
Requirements:
* 1-2 years of experience in a Supervisor, Maintenance, or Property Management role.
* Basic knowledge of maintenance work and property-related tasks.
* Ability to manage and supervise a team effectively.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
* Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Should be punctual, responsible, and proactive.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure proper follow-up of assigned work.
* Willingness to travel between different properties/locations as required.
Salary & Benefits:
* Salary: 15,000 17,000 per month
