Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
• Understand customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Communicate professionally and confidently in English.
• Provide accurate information while following process guidelines.
• Handle customer concerns with patience and a positive attitude.
• Maintain quality and productivity standards.
• Follow company policies and process requirements.
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records.
• Work effectively as part of a customer service team.

Candidate Requirements

• Candidates with freshers to 1 year of experience can apply.
• Good spoken English and communication skills.
• Good listening and comprehension abilities.
• Strong customer-service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts.
• Willingness to work from the office.
• Candidates from BPO, Customer Service and International Voice processes are welcome.
