Walk-in || Structural Engineer To Structural Principal Engineers

Role & responsibilities

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer-Structures to join our team in Bangalore, India. In this pivotal role, you will lead and oversee structural engineering projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Develop and review structural designs for various construction projects
• Perform complex structural calculations and analysis using advanced software tools
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction
• Create detailed technical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Conduct site visits to assess structural integrity and provide expert recommendations
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and industry best practices
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the overall growth of the structural engineering team
• Participate in project planning and resource allocation to meet deadlines and budget constraints
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and innovative structural solutions
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering; Master's degree in Structural Engineering.
• Hands on experience in ETABS & SAFE

Preferred candidate profile

• Master's in Structural Engineering preferred.
• 3-14 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on project engineering
• Prior experience in High-Rise Buildings and Residential/Commercial projects is mandatory.
• Expertise in structural analysis, design, multidisciplinary coordination, problem-solving, communication skills, and software proficiency in SAFE & ETABS.
