Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic relationships with channel partners, brokers, real estate consultants, and key business partners.
• Drive business through channel partners and achieve sales/revenue targets.
• Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand the sales network.
• Develop partnership strategies and explore new business opportunities.
• Conduct regular partner meetings, presentations, and project updates.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, CRM, and other internal teams for smooth execution.
• Monitor partner performance, market trends, competitor activities, and provide regular MIS to management.

Desired Skills & Experience

• 6–10 years of experience in Strategic Alliance / Channel Sales in Real Estate.
• Strong network of channel partners and real estate consultants.
• Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
