Job Descrption:
*Design, Develops & Maintaining of Waste water treatment plant
*Documentation
*Site Inspection & Managing
*Managing Waste water treatment process
*New Plant erection and installation and installation planning.
Role & responsibilities
An STP, WTP, and ETP Supervisor manages the daily operations, maintenance, and compliance of Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), Water Treatment Plants (WTP), and Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP) under a facility or technical skills department.Core Responsibilities
- Plant Operations: Oversee treatment processes like aeration, filtration, chemical dosing, and clarification.
- Monitoring & Testing: Check water parameters (pH, TDS) and equipment performance (pumps, blowers, motors).
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform preventive maintenance and fix mechanical, electrical, or process issues.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to State Pollution Control Board norms and prepare MIS/digital logbook reports.
- Team & Vendor Management: Handle shift scheduling, daily staff attendance, and consumable/spare parts requirements. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering (or ITI in relevant trades).
- Experience: 2 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in water or wastewater treatment operations.
Preferred candidate profile
WORK EXPERIENCE IN STP, WTP,ETP PROJECT WITH 2-5 YEARS
