A reputed Building Construction Company in Maldives is urgently hiring an experienced Storekeeper for its construction project. This is an excellent overseas opportunity for candidates with hands-on experience in construction material and inventory management.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the receipt, storage, and issue of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory registers.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely material requisitions.
• Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of construction materials.
• Conduct regular stock verification and inventory reconciliation.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Coordinate with site engineers, procurement teams, and project managers for material requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of real-time experience as a Storekeeper in the building construction industry.
• Experience handling cement, steel, electrical, plumbing, finishing, and other construction materials is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and store documentation.
• Basic computer knowledge and experience with inventory software or MS Excel is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
