Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
  
• Conduct eye tests and dispense glasses/contact lenses as an optometrist.
  
• Handle team members to achieve retail sales targets and provide excellent customer experience.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, display management, and store appearance.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in optical sales or related field (optometry).
  
• B.Sc (Optometry) degree from a recognized institution.
