Job Responsibilities

• Manage overall store operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve sales targets.
• Drive sales, revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and business profitability.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer escalations effectively.
• Monitor store performance, KPIs, conversion rates, and average transaction value.
• Manage inventory, stock availability, billing, and store merchandising.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and processes.
• Train team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer handling.
• Prepare sales reports and implement action plans to improve store performance.
• Maintain store hygiene, discipline, and visual merchandising standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Graduate preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of leadership experience, with experience as a Team Leader, Assistant Store Manager, Deputy Manager, or Store Manager documented on paper.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage store operations and motivate a team.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
