• Location: Wellwith Store, AECS Layout, Bangalore
• Working Days: 6 days a week
• Timings: 10:00 AM 10:00 PM
• Languages: Kannada, Telugu, Hindi, and English
• Salary: 21,000 per month (In-Hand) + Performance Bonus

Role Overview

Manage the daily operations of the Wellwith store, ensure excellent customer service, maintain inventory, supervise staff, and drive sales growth through effective store management and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Handle customers professionally and resolve complaints.
• Train, mentor, and supervise store staff.
• Build customer loyalty and encourage repeat purchases.
• Plan and execute strategies to improve sales and achieve targets.
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
• Improve Average Order Value (AOV) through upselling, cross-selling, product combos, and personalized recommendations.
• Make 100–150 connected calls per day to online leads when walk-in traffic is low.
• Manage inventory, stock availability, merchandising, and store presentation.
• Coordinate with logistics, marketing, and customer support teams.
• Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and company compliance.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering sales, footfall, lead conversion, AOV, and revenue.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Undergraduate or graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of retail or store management experience preferred; freshers with strong communication and sales skills may apply.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to manage staff, inventory, and daily store activities.
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to work towards targets.
• Kannada, Telugu, Hindi, and English language skills preferred.
• Knowledge of billing software and basic reporting tools is an added advantage.
