Role: Store Manager

Experience: 3+ years in Retail Store Management ( Experience should be on paper ) ( Team leader, Department manager, ASM, SM )
Industry: Retail / Eyewear / Fashion / Lifestyle

• Manage daily store operations and achieve sales targets.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the store team.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and service.
• Drive sales, productivity, and store performance.
• Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and store processes.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Customer-focused and target-oriented.
• Experience in managing a retail store/team.
• Graduate preferred.

Salary: Up to 5.4 LPA + Incentives
