Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager to manage the overall store operations, drive sales, lead the team, and ensure an excellent customer experience. The Store Manager will be responsible for achieving business targets while maintaining operational and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and revenue as per monthly targets.
• Lead, motivate and manage the store team to achieve individual and store KPIs.
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer experience.
• Monitor daily sales, conversion, average bill value and other key business metrics.
• Conduct regular team briefings, coaching and performance reviews.
• Ensure proper inventory management, stock availability and stock accuracy.
• Maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising and brand standards.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Ensure proper billing, cash management and operational compliance.
• Analyse store performance and take corrective actions to improve business.
• Support hiring, onboarding and training of new team members.
• Coordinate with the Area/Zonal team for business and operational requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• 3–4+ years of experience in retail sales/store operations.
• Experience as Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager preferred.
• Candidates from Apparel, QSR, Eyewear, Lifestyle or other organised retail brands preferred.
• Strong experience in team handling and target achievement.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
• Strong sales orientation with good knowledge of retail KPIs.
• Graduation preferred.
• Should be comfortable working in a target-driven retail environment.

Up to 5.4 LPA + Incentives
