Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager to manage our Mia by Tanishq store. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in jewellery retail, team handling, customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Drive sales and revenue targets for the store.
• Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
• Ensure excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
• Handle high-value customers and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Maintain proper stock, inventory, billing, and security procedures.
• Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation meet brand standards.
• Monitor team attendance, grooming, discipline, and productivity.
• Analyse sales performance and implement action plans to achieve targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and jewellery retail processes.
• Coordinate with the management/HO for business and operational requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in the jewellery retail industry.
• Prior experience as a Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager / Floor Manager is preferred.
• Strong sales and target-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
• Good leadership and team-management abilities.
• Strong knowledge of jewellery products, gold, diamonds, and retail processes.
• Good grooming, personality, and professional attitude.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven retail environment.
