Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.
  
• Oversee showroom management, including visual merchandising, inventory control, and sales performance.
  
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
  
• Lead a team of retail staff members, providing guidance on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service standards.
  
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-6 years of experience in retail operations or related field (showroom management).
  
• Strong understanding of retail operations principles (store operations) with expertise in showroom management.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to lead teams effectively.
  
• Proficiency in target planning & execution with attention to detail.
