Walk-in || Store Keeper

Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage all incoming and outgoing materials at the project/site store.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of materials to prevent damage, loss, or deterioration.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment of materials.
• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies with system records.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports and submit them to management.
• Issue materials to site engineers, supervisors, and contractors as per approved requisitions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory control and store operations.
• Maintain proper documentation of material inward and outward movements.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and transport personnel for smooth material handling.
• Ensure housekeeping, cleanliness, and safety standards are maintained within the store premises.
• Track slow-moving, excess, and obsolete inventory and report the same to management.
• Support project teams by ensuring the timely availability of required materials at the site.
• Assist during internal and external audits related to inventory and store management.
