Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate dispatches as per business requirements.
• Handle order processing and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to stores and dispatches.
• Coordinate with Branches and Customers for order/dispatch-related requirements.
• Ensure timely processing and dispatch of orders.
• Maintain proper documentation and coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint
• Working knowledge of SAP
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Good analytical and MIS reporting skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet timelines
