About the Role

STAQX is looking for enthusiastic and guest-focused Stewards to join our Front of House team. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, good grooming standards and an interest in providing excellent guest service.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist in providing a warm and pleasant dining experience.
• Assist with table setup, food and beverage service, and clearing tables.
• Serve food and beverages accurately and promptly while following service standards.
• Coordinate with the kitchen, bar and Captain to ensure smooth service.
• Respond politely to guest requests and communicate any concerns to the senior team.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and organisation of tables, service stations and restaurant areas.
• Follow food safety, sanitation and restaurant operating procedures.
• Assist with menu queries, order coordination and other floor duties as required.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient restaurant operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Freshers and candidates with 12 years of experience in hospitality are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with basic to moderate English proficiency.
• Neat appearance, good personal grooming and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn, work in a team and provide quality guest service.
• Previous experience in a restaurant, caf, Continental or Western-style dining establishment is an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts, weekends and holidays as per operational requirements.

• STAQX Bandra: Immediate joining.
• STAQX Andheri: Upcoming outlet, scheduled to open in the first week of December 2026.
