Walk-in || Statutory Compliance Executive / Officer

Role & responsibilities

• Handle EPF / PF and ESI / ESIC compliance.
• Manage CLRA registration, labour licences and renewals.
• Handle BOCW registration, compliance and cess-related documentation.
• Maintain monthly statutory registers, records and returns.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and regulations.
• Manage employee compensation, insurance policies and related documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors, labour departments and statutory authorities.
• Support labour inspections, audits and compliance documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong knowledge of EPF, ESI, CLRA and BOCW.
• Experience in labour laws and statutory compliance.
• Experience in construction, infrastructure or MEP projects.
• Knowledge of labour licences, statutory registers and monthly returns.
• Good documentation and coordination skills.
