About this role
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurses to join our healthcare team. The selected candidates will provide quality nursing care and support patients in our psychiatric hospital.
Role & responsibilities
- Provide nursing care and support to patients.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs.
- Administer medications as prescribed by doctors.
- Maintain nursing records and patient documentation.
- Assist doctors during patient assessments and treatments.
- Monitor patients' health conditions and report changes to doctors.
- Follow hospital protocols, infection control practices, and patient safety guidelines.
- Support patients in their daily activities and rehabilitation.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the patient care areas.
Preferred candidate profile
- Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing.
- Relevant nursing experience is preferred; freshers may also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate attitude and willingness to work in a psychiatric healthcare setting.
- Ability to work in shifts.
