Walk-in || Staff Nurse

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and registered Staff Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in accordance with hospital policies and medical protocols. The candidate must hold a valid nursing registration and demonstrate strong clinical skills, compassion, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  
• Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and patient conditions, and report changes to the medical team.
  
• Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  
• Assist doctors during medical procedures and examinations.
  
• Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, and documentation.
  
• Ensure infection control and safety protocols are followed at all times.
  
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans, medications, and post-care instructions.
  
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of medical equipment and nursing stations.
  
• Collaborate with doctors, technicians, and other healthcare staff for coordinated patient care.
  
• Respond effectively to medical emergencies.
  

Qualifications

• B.Sc Nursing / GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) from a recognized institution.
  
• Valid Nursing Registration with the State Nursing Council / Indian Nursing Council.
  
• Minimum 02 years of experience
