Walk-in || Staff Nurse

Job Description Staff Nurse | Medanta - Home Care

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients at their homes, ensuring comfort, safety, and continuity of care.
• Monitor and record vital signs, cardiac status, pulse oximetry, and other relevant clinical parameters as required.
• Administer medications, treatments, injections, and other clinical procedures as prescribed by the doctor.
• Assist with investigations and coordinate with the hospital/medical team as required.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential patient documentation, nursing notes, and medical records.
• Ensure adherence to infection control practices, patient safety standards, emergency response protocols, and Medanta clinical guidelines.
• Educate patients and their families regarding medication, treatment plans, hygiene, nutrition, and other aspects of home-based care.
• Communicate effectively with patients, family members, doctors, and the hospital care team.
• Identify and report any change in the patient's condition promptly to the concerned doctor/supervisor.
• Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, teamwork, and a patient-centric approach while delivering home care services.
