Job Description

Shri Mahant Indiresh Hospital is looking for dedicated and skilled Staff Nurses to join our healthcare team. The candidate will be responsible for providing quality nursing care to patients, assisting doctors, monitoring patient conditions, and maintaining proper nursing documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols.
• Monitor and record patients vital signs and health conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
• Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
• Ensure proper infection control and patient safety practices.
• Educate patients and their attendants regarding care and treatment.
• Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the assigned area.
• Handle emergency situations effectively and promptly.

Candidate Profile

• Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Valid nursing registration as per applicable requirements.
• Patient-focused and responsible approach to nursing care.
• Ability to work in shifts and in a hospital environment.
