Walk-in || Staff Nurse

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care to patients in various settings such as ICU, OT, Emergency, and Operation Theatre.
  
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  
• Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and perform medical procedures as needed.
  
• Maintain accurate records of patient treatment and communicate effectively with families about patient status.
  
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in nursing profession.
  
• B.Sc / GNM degree from a recognized institution.
  
• Strong knowledge of ICU protocols and emergency response procedures.
  
• Ability to work effectively under pressure during critical situations.
