1. Staff Nurse

Experience Required: 26 Years

Departments:

• BMT (Bone Marrow Transplant)
• OT (Operation Theatre)
• PICU (Pediatric Intensive Care Unit)
• HDU (High Dependency Unit)

Educational Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing with valid nursing registration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide quality nursing care to patients.
• Monitor patient conditions and maintain accurate clinical records.
• Assist doctors during procedures and treatments.
• Follow hospital protocols, infection control practices, and patient safety standards.

2. Nursing In-Charge

Experience Required: 10–15 Years

Required Departmental Experience:

• ICU
• HDU
• General Ward

Educational Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing with valid nursing registration. Relevant leadership and team management experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise nursing staff and manage daily nursing operations.
• Ensure quality patient care and compliance with hospital protocols.
• Manage staff allocation, duty rosters, and departmental coordination.
• Maintain clinical documentation and ensure patient safety standards.
