Walk-in || Staff Nurse- Emergency/OT/ ICU /CTVS ICU / CTVS OT/ Wards- Female Only

Role & responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care to patients.
• Assess patients' condition and monitor vital signs regularly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
• Maintain accurate nursing records and documentation.
• Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.
• Ensure proper implementation of doctors' orders and treatment plans.
• Monitor patients for changes in condition and promptly escalate concerns.
• Maintain infection prevention and control practices at all times.
• Ensure compliance with patient safety protocols and hospital policies.
• Provide patient and family education regarding treatment, medication, and discharge care.
• Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals for effective patient care.
• Ensure proper handover of patients during shift changes.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and readiness of patient care areas.
• Handle biomedical equipment responsibly and report any malfunction.
• Participate in emergency situations, including Code Blue and disaster management.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold patient dignity and rights.
• Follow NABH standards, quality protocols, and organizational policies.
• Attend mandatory training programs and participate in continuous professional development.

Preferred candidate profile

• GNM / B.Sc. Nursing
• Valid State Nursing Council Registration
• Relevant clinical experience preferred (Freshers may also be considered as per requirement)
