Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and quality nursing care to patients.
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and perform nursing procedures as prescribed.
• Assist doctors during procedures and handle emergency situations effectively.
• Maintain accurate patient records, nursing documentation, and shift handovers.
• Follow infection-control, medication-safety, and patient-safety protocols.
• Ensure compliance with hospital SOPs and NABH standards.
• Educate patients and attendants regarding care, treatment, and discharge instructions.
• Coordinate effectively with doctors and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Requirements

• GNM / B.Sc. Nursing with valid Nursing Council registration.
• 2-5+ years of relevant hospital experience.
• Multispecialty/NABH hospital experience preferred.
• Good communication, clinical skills, teamwork, and patient-care attitude.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts.
