Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
• Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage salary negotiation, offer rollout, and joining formalities.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Achieve recruitment targets within defined timelines.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare recruitment reports and provide hiring updates to management.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment.
• Experience in IT and/or Non-IT hiring.
• Good sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work with recruitment targets and deadlines.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.
