A Senior Sales Executive drives company revenue by closing high-value deals, mentoring junior sales staff, and managing key client relationships.

Sales Generation and Strategy

• Close major deals: Negotiate contracts and manage the full sales cycle for high-profile clients.
• Find new prospects: Generate leads through cold-calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
• Meet sales quotas: Achieve individual and team revenue targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Conduct market research: Analyze competitor pricing, products, and industry trends to spot new opportunities.

Reporting and Analysis

• Track metrics: Use CRM software to log customer data, sales numbers, and pipeline progress.
