Role & responsibilities A senior sales executive drives company revenue by closing major deals, managing key accounts, and guiding junior sales team members.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead Generation and Sales Growth: Find new business prospects through cold calling, networking, industry events, and referrals.
• Deal Closure and Negotiation: Manage the complete sales cycle from initial product demonstrations to final contract negotiations and closing.
• Key Account Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with major clients to encourage repeat business and upselling.
• Team Mentorship: Guide, train, and support junior sales representatives by answering technical questions and sharing best practices.
• Market Research: Study competitor pricing, products, and market trends to find new sales opportunities.
• Sales Reporting: Track performance metrics, update CRM databases, and present revenue reports to upper management.
