Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive with strong expertise in recruitment, bulk hiring, and employee management. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment as well as various HR operations and employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and sourcing for Manufacturing/Automotive/Automobile industries.
• Manage bulk hiring and factory/plant-level recruitment.
• Coordinate with clients and understand their manpower requirements.
• Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates through the selection process.
• Manage onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
• Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
• Handle employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
• Maintain employee files, records, and HR documentation.
• Support payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
• Coordinate employee documentation and ensure proper record maintenance.
• Manage exit formalities, including full and final settlement processes.
• Provide support for other HR activities as required.
