Job Description ;

• Record inter company postings liaise with partner entity for approval and make appropriate postings in General Ledger
• Report inter company transactions - reconcile inter company accounts and produce periodic reports
• Bank & Insurance controls - Assess month end impacts and inform impacted process owner, perform relevant accounting controls
• Control manual entry in Copernic General Ledger
• Period End Activities - Transfer FX Gain / Loss in the P&L and Balance Sheet, Execute P&L allocation, Execute Balance Sheet segmentation, Post revaluation entries, Perform insurance control on FX conversion, Revaluate P&L account at closing date
• Produce documentation of executed processes and maintain documentation of process description
• Post Period-End Accounting Entries assess month end impact and perform relevant accounting controls, control manual entry in COPERNIC and post manual entries without predefined accounting scheme
• Post reinsurance entries (ceded and assumed reinsurance)
