Walk-in || Spare Parts Manager - Automobile

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage spare parts inventory, ensuring timely delivery to customers and minimizing stockouts.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to negotiate prices, improve quality, and increase supply chain efficiency.
  
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activity in the automobile industry.
  
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective promotional strategies for spare parts and vehicle accessories.
  
• Ensure accurate record-keeping of inventory levels, orders, and customer interactions.

• Manage the store : Bin locations , FIFO, receiving, dispatch and periodic stock audits.

• Ensure accurate GST billing, control discounts and follow up on receivables.

• Lead, train and review a team of sales , counter and store staff.

• Report monthly performance to the proprietor.
