Designation: Spanish Language Specialist
Qualification: Graduate (UG/Any Graduate)
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience preferred
Language Requirement: Spanish B2 Certification Mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer interactions in Spanish through voice and other communication channels.
• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
• Maintain quality and process compliance standards.
• Document customer interactions and update relevant systems.

Candidate Requirements:

• B2-level Spanish proficiency with a valid certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Excellent comprehension and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work in a customer service environment.
• Prior experience in an international BPO or customer service process is preferred
