Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a restaurant, caf, hotel, or resort.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and international hygiene standards.
- Ability to assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations and supervising kitchen staff.
- Experience in menu planning, food quality control, inventory management, and cost control.
