Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants.
• Generate leads and business opportunities through channel partners.
• Support onboarding and activation of new channel partners.
• Conduct regular partner meetings and communicate project updates, offers, and schemes.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and CRM teams for lead follow-up and conversion.
• Track partner performance and maintain regular MIS.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Desired Skills & Experience

• 35 years of experience in Strategic Alliance / Channel Sales in Real Estate.
• Good network among channel partners and property consultants.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented with good market knowledge.
