Walk-in || Sourcing Associate | Procurement

Note: Only candidates with relevant experience in the Source-to-Pay (S2P) process, including sourcing, vendor management, supplier negotiations, procurement, or strategic sourcing, are eligible to attend the interview. The walk-in interview will be conducted on 22nd October between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM.

Role & responsibilities

• 4+ years of experience in Procurement & Sourcing.
• Manage end-to-end indirect procurement and sourcing activities.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve cost savings.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships and monitor supplier performance.
• Create and implement strategic purchasing plans for assigned categories.
• Negotiate purchase prices, contracts, and commercial terms.
• Identify procurement risks and ensure process compliance and controls.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand procurement requirements.
• Track procurement KPIs and drive process improvement initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with SAP, eSAP, and Ariba platforms.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Comfortable working in a fixed night shift.
• Willing to work from the office 5 days a week.
• Fixed weekly off on Saturday and Sunday.
• One-way transportation facility provided.
