Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.
• Prepare and execute test cases based on business and technical requirements.
• Identify, document, track, and retest defects using appropriate defect management tools.
• Perform database testing and validate data using SQL queries.
• Verify data integrity, data accuracy, and backend database transactions.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to resolve defects.
• Participate in test planning, test execution, and release validation activities.
• Prepare and maintain test documentation and reports.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Manual Testing and Database Testing.
• Strong knowledge of STLC and SDLC.
• Good understanding of test case design and defect life cycle.
• Strong SQL knowledge with experience in database validation.
• Experience with functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with defect tracking/testing tools is preferred.
• Kannada language proficiency is preferred.

Education

• B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science / Information Technology.
