Walk-in || Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Strong foundation in Core Java, including object-oriented programming concepts, data structures, and exception handling.
• Develop, implement, and maintain high-quality, reusable, and efficient code.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, including writing complex queries, joins, and data manipulation.
• Understand Agile methodology and software development processes.
• Manage the defect lifecycle, including defect identification, tracking, resolution, and validation.
• Demonstrate strong logical reasoning, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Work independently and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Understand, analyze, and translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders through strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Apply Python programming and scripting skills, which will be an added advantage.
• Understand Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), including EDI transactions, data formats, and integration workflows, which will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with AI technologies, AI-assisted development tools, and automation concepts will be an added advantage.
• Learn new technologies, contribute to process improvements, and support automation initiatives.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Core Java and SQL.
• Understanding of application development, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Exposure to EDI and enterprise data integration.
• Familiarity with Python, AI-assisted development, and workflow automation.
• Strong analytical skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
