Core skills required

Dev:

• Strong C++ in an embedded / device context, on multithreaded RTOS or embedded Linux (interrupts, device drivers, memory).
• Object-oriented design and design patterns; at least one scripting language (Python preferred).
• Version control (GIT) and bug tracking (JIRA); solid analytical and debugging skills.
• Domain exposure a strong plus: optical pluggables,CMIS, OTN, DSP / line configuration especially for the Senior Engineer and Techno Manager roles.
• Exposure to AI-assisted development and the AI-augmented SDLC — practical use of GenAI coding assistants and AI tooling across design, coding, testing and debugging.
