About this role
Role & responsibilities
You will run Neometrixs presence on Instagram, YouTube, X and LinkedIn and build a community around it. You decide when and how each video goes out on each platform, talk to the people who comment and message, and track what works. You will also turn that attention into results: engineering students who want to work with us, and customers who want to know more.
Publishing • Own the publishing calendar for Instagram, YouTube, X and LinkedIn • Adapt each video for each platform: captions, hashtags, thumbnails, titles, cover frames, posting times • Create supporting posts carousels, stories, behind-the-scenes, event and hiring posts Community • Reply to comments and messages in the company’s voice; route career questions to HR and business enquiries to sales • Build links with engineering colleges, student clubs, tech fests and engineering creators for collaborations Analytics • Track reach, watch time, follower growth and the job applications that come through social media • Report weekly to the Director and recommend what to make more or less of • Follow trends and formats, and suggest ideas to the team
